How do I create a signature?

This article assumes you are using the SmarterMail Web mail program.

  1. Log into Web mail.
  2. Select Settings (the gear icon) from the menu on the left.
  3. Under My Settings, click on Signatures.
  4. Click on the Signatures tab.
  5. Click on "New", create the desired signature, and click Save.
  6. Click on the "Mappings" tab and change "Use Domain Signature Setting" to the signature you created in step 5, and click Save.
